My first day of Bout of Books (yesterday) was... not successful. I didn't get NEARLY as much reading done as I'd hoped and I have no idea why.
Progress: 10% of The Queen's Exiles
7% of The Raven Boys
Yeah. That's less than my average daily reading (I typically aim for at least a quarter of a book per day). NOT HAPPY.
I'm definitely gonna put my nose in a book for a long period of time today to (attempt to) make up for it.
Well, at least you read-I didn't even open a book yesterday sigh.... Today is going better though!
ReplyDeleteTrue enough... I was hoping to have finished at least one book by today though. Clearly that is not in the cards. Oh well! Hope yesterday and today are good reading days for you!
